libblkid1-udeb software package provides block device id library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libblkid1-udeb
libblkid1-udeb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libblkid1-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libblkid1-udeb *
You will get with libblkid1-udeb package name, version, architecture and description in a table
